2006 REUNION TIME AGAIN

We had another great time at last years reunion although there was some family faces missing that we always look forward to seeing. Plenty of good food was served and Picking and Grinning was better than ever. Grady, Ken and Richard have been playing at Grady’s home for sometime now and are as good as it gets. I remember back in the 60's when Rock/ Roll was taking off. Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins and other new Country Stars were bringing a new sound to Country. Those were exciting times I just wish that some of our guys could have gotten a break back then. It was especially good to see Aunt "Bill" there and in great health for her age. She is the last living member of Papa and Grandmother Fannie’s family. We took my mother, Ruby, to see her on her birthday a while back and really enjoyed the visit. She said she was looking forward to this year’s family reunion. If the Lord will bless us with her presence again this year you should make every effort to come and visit with her. More so if you have children it may not mean much to them now but they will always remember seeing their aunt “Bill”, so make a memory for them to cherish, come to the reunion.

Here are 26 pictures of 2004 Reunion.

I sent her what little I know about the family, this web site and some others. She said she will be at the reunion and I hope she can talk her sister in coming with her and bring the families.
